Our School

Who We Are:

Moran Elementary School is an “A” rated K-5 elementary school part of the Penn-Harris-Madison School Corporation, where excellence in education is pursued and achieved at all levels. Moran is one of P-H-M’s five Title I schools. Our students feel supported and encouraged to reach their full potential. Click here for the Title I Parents’ Right To Know Letter.

Moran has also earned the distinction of being among Indiana’s Top 30% of Public Elementary Schools by U.S. News & World Report (data is based on the 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 school years). Click here to learn more.

Our staff of compassionate and engaged teachers receive ongoing professional development.

We are a 1:1 Technology district, which means that every student at Moran, as well as every student in the P-H-M school district, has access to their own Chromebook that they use every day in the classroom (kindergartners use iPads).

We are the Knights and our colors are royal blue and white. Our culture is captured in our school motto which is Responsible, Respectful, and Ready to Learn. You can’t have a school-wide technology event without responsible, respectful and students who are ready to learn but we did just that… Take a look!

History
